The investment concerns the establishment of a new five-star (5*) hotel complex of furnished apartments by the newly founded company CORFU LUX HOTEL INVESTMENT S.A., with a total capacity of 53 rooms and 130 beds, on a land plot of 17,779.72 sq.m. located at the site “Leivádia or Almyrós” in the wider area of Acharavi, Peritheia Community, Thinali Municipal Unit, Municipality of Corfu, Region of the Ionian Islands. The total budget of the investment amounts to €11,780,000.00, of which €4,135,000.00 is financed through a loan provided by the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The project was implemented with the loan support of the European Union Recovery and Resilience Facility – NextGenerationEU and in line with the visual identity of Greece 2.0.
